NaPAN mission and vision

Vision: To see Ethiopia free of podoconiosis

Mission: To coordinate and standardize efforts for the elimination of podoconiosis, to build the capacity of members and other stakeholders, and to support research for evidence based interventions. 

Core Values:

Transparency: NaPAN will be working in an environment where everyone’s decision is predictable and would base itself on the preset rules and guidelines. 

Integrity: NaPAN and its members operate based on firm adherence to a code of moral and ethical principles and/or organizational policies and procedures that treat everyone with honesty.

Equity: NaPAN and its members work to serve all podoconiosis patients irrespective of the age, sex, marital status, race, religion and economic status.

Result orientedness:  NaPAN moves to register results and outcomes that  can vividly be seen in the lives of the podoconiosis patients and its member organizations.

Passion and commitment: NaPAN and its member organizations work with maximum interest and discipline to the serve the community they work for with full commitment.
